For general support I charge a competitive hourly rate of £35 per hour and you only pay for the support you use, time is tracked and charged by the minute. This means you can cover any short term requirements you may have for example a peak in workload, holiday or sickness cover or maybe maternity leave.
If you require a regular commitment, I have a set rate of £30 per hour for packages starting at 10 hours per month. This is payable up front and non-refundable, but a proportion of unused time can be carried forward if necessary (10%). This gives peace of mind that you have secured my availability for that
amount of time.
